Shipping & Delivery Policy

Our standard delivery timeline is 5-7 business days after placing your order. Please read below for more details regarding tracking, delays, and incomplete addresses.

1. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order is shipped, the tracking details and shipping updates will be shared with you via email.

2. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are entered correctly at the time of placing the order. In case of incomplete or incorrect address details, Sanskaarislay will not be responsible for failed deliveries.

Such parcels are usually returned back to us by the courier partner, and any reshipping costs may apply.

3. Delivery Delays

Delivery timelines may occasionally be affected due to public holidays, unforeseen circumstances, weather conditions, operational delays, or issues during transit.

4. Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or tampered with, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery along with proper images/videos for verification.

5. Failed Delivery Attempts

We are not responsible for failed delivery attempts caused due to unavailability of the customer, unreachable contact number, or refusal to accept the parcel. In such cases, the shipment may be returned back to us by the courier service.
