At Sanskaarislay, we currently do not offer exchanges or returns, as all our products are designed true to size with detailed measurements provided for your convenience.
2. Please Check the Size Chart Carefully
To help you find your perfect fit, we request you to kindly refer to the size chart available at the end of each product’s images before placing your order.
3. Extra Margins for Better Comfort
Most of our outfits are designed with extra margins, allowing the piece to be loosened up to one size bigger if needed for a more comfortable, custom fit.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Products
In the rare case that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please reach out to us within 24 hours of delivery so we can assist you further.
5. Unpacking Video Required
To process any damage-related claims, an unpacking video is mandatory. The video should clearly show the package being opened from start to finish for proper verification.
